ALVA

Alva is a 30ft Gaff cutter yacht, designed by Paul Gartside along the lines of the Falmouth Quay Punts. She was built by Ben Harris & Co at Restronguet, Cornwall and launched in 2011. Since then she has been enjoyed as a family boat, owned by Ben, and sailed coastally around Cornwall, the Scillies, France and Ireland. Alva has earned a reputation for her racing capabilities – competing in regattas and regularly winning first place at Falmouth classics. Alva has been meticulously maintained with love and care and is in an immaculate condition.
As Ben’s family has grown (now with two more rambunctious children to accommodate) Alva has recently been sold, with the hope that her new owners in Jersey may experience the same joys and treat her to some wonderful adventures.
